Studio Host & Social Media Support (4/5th)
Antwerp Splatter Studio is a creative experience studio in the heart of Antwerp where people let loose with paint and create a unique work of art. From teambuilding events and families to dates and bachelor(ette) parties: every day we welcome diverse groups looking for a unique experience. Everyone goes home with their own or a collective masterpiece.
To further strengthen our operations, we are looking for a part-time employee (4 days per week) who will become the face of our Studio.
Role:
As Studio Host & Social Media Support, you are the first point of contact for our customers and you help ensure a smooth, warm Studio experience – from welcome to wrap-up.
Your tasks include:
- Maintaining a general overview of the Studio (planning, correct payments, managing and supporting students, etc.)
- Welcoming and guiding customers with an open, enthusiastic attitude
- Explaining the various tools and techniques to groups of up to 30 people
- Monitoring order, cleanliness, and the daily Studio flow
- Social media: creating content during sessions (stories, behind-the-scenes, atmosphere shots, etc.)
- Practical and operational tasks (preparation, cleaning, tidying up, material checks). Cleaning and prep work are largely done together with students / flex-workers
Hours & planning
- Part-time: 4 days per week
- Working days vary per week: weekend work supplemented by 2 days during the week
- Shifts are usually between 11:30 AM and 7:30 PM but can vary between 9:30 AM and 9:30 PM
Who are we looking for?
- You are social, responsible, and feel comfortable in a hospitality role
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English
- You are confident speaking in front of a group of up to 30 people.
- You take initiative and are proactive
- You feel at home in a creative, dynamic environment
- You can handle fun chaos and know how to bring structure to it
- You have experience in hospitality, events, and/or experience-based concepts
- You feel comfortable behind (and possibly in front of) the camera and enjoy helping to create fun content
- You enjoy an active job and physical work does not scare you
- Do you have a creative background or do you paint yourself? That is definitely a plus!

Are you enthusiastic, social, and looking for a fun student job in the heart of Antwerp? In our Splatter Studio, people come—alone, together, or in a group—to create something unique without boundaries. You make sure their experience is top-notch from the moment they walk in until the very last splash!
What does the job involve?
As a student at Antwerp Splatter Studio, you work in a rotation system together with other students. This gives you variety and experience in different aspects of the studio. Your tasks may include:
- Reception & greeting: welcoming guests with a smile
- Intro & explanation: explaining how our tools work and what is possible in the studio
- Preparation & cleanup: making the studio clean and ready for the next group
- Guidance during sessions: helping people with paint, tools, or any questions
- Social media support: taking atmosphere shots or helping with content (if that’s your thing!)
- Practical work: such as restocking materials, folding boxes, etc.
- No two days are the same—teamwork and creativity are key.
Who are we looking for?
- You are outgoing, friendly, and speak fluent Dutch & English
- You are mainly available on weekends (availability during the week is a plus!)
- You are hands-on and know how to get things done
- You are comfortable speaking in front of a group of people
- Experience is not required, but a good attitude is!
